Therapy is a process by which an individual begins to see how they can create a life worth living, and I am honored to walk with you on this journey.
Clients can expect to experience curiosity and enthusiasm during sessions and feel challenged when faced with new perspectives that prompt an exploration of thought patterns or longstanding beliefs that do not serve a purpose for them anymore. The goal of therapy will be to develop the skills and tools to uncover your potential and build mastery.
Clients may also be arriving to therapy for the first time or have taken a break and are interested in getting started again. Wherever you are on your timeline, or whatever it is that you are facing, know that you are doing to the best that you can and are setting an intention for caring for yourself by exploring therapy.
